Your dedicated customer services manager

Here’s Fiona, your Customer Services Manager, who’ll be on hand to help you throughout all aspects of your move, regardless of how long it takes, where you are moving from, and what you are bringing with you.

Whether it’s sourcing removal companies, contacting utility providers, answering questions on the local area, arranging for your pictures to be hung – to being there on your first day, Fiona and her team will be on hand, 24 hours a day. And this will continue after you move in. For as long as you like.

This is all part of the invaluable service that we provide – we’ll take care of all those things that you don’t have time to do.. Or may not want to do.
We asked Fiona to tell us about her role… in her own words.

What is the most enjoyable part of being the Customer Services Manager for Homefield Park?
Spending time with our customers and making sure I help them as much (or as little!) as they need. There’s a great sense of satisfaction in ensuring that everyone has what they need and are happy.

Why do you feel that it is important to incorporate a lifestyle into the purchase of a property?
To make sure that everyone who lives at Homefield Park in a Platinum Skies home has the best lifestyle opportunity – a lovely home, as well as the benefits and support of a dedicated customer service behind them. Of course, some of our residents may not want to take advantage of all the services provided, at first. What’s really great is that if they change their minds about this in the future, the option is always there for them.

How does having a positive lifestyle improve general wellbeing?
A general sense of contentment and feeling that everything is under control does help create a sense of wellbeing and peace. And a beautiful home in great surroundings helps too!

Do any other over 55s retirement developments offer such personalised opportunities?
Not that I’m aware of, we have set up our customer support service so that everyone can use what they feel they will appreciate and need more –such as professional at home care, if needed. We promote independent living, in luxurious surroundings.

What do you most enjoy about working for Platinum Skies?
No working day is never the same! There’s no sense of routine – and I’m faced with many fun challenges on an hourly basis! It’s very rewarding when I see how happy our residents are within their new homes – especially those who say that their life has changed significantly since they moved – for the better of course!
